As a Token Lifestyle Member you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this program. Token Lifestyle is a benefits program owned and maintained by Token Unlimited Retail Group (Pty) Ltd. The Member agrees that Token Lifestyle shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance whatsoever due to acts of God, earthquakes, shortages of supplies or supplier failure, transportation difficulties, labour disputes, riots, wars, fire, epidemics, and similar occurrence. In no event shall Token Lifestyle be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss profits, loss of time, loss sales or loss or damage to data, injury to person or personal property or any other indirect damages, even if Token Lifestyle or its suppliers has been informed of the possibility thereof. Token Lifestyle or its suppliers shall not be held responsible for any loss of time, loss of profits, and loss of business relating to down time of the Software or equipment. All cancellations are subject to one (1 ) calendar month notice period of which notice is to be given in writing either in email and confirmed or alternatively a registered letter of cancellation. Upon Cancellation all outstanding amounts shall be collected and no refunds will be issued. You agree to pay your monthly subscription fee, should payment not be received you agree to forfeit your rights and access to any of the Token Lifestyle and Top Up benefits. Members agree that the monthly subscription fee is subject to a possible annual increase with not exceeding 10% .Membera agree to receive marketing communication from Token via sms, email, telephone and direct mail.
